Tiri established a property management company after seeing the need for an improved management service for his own investments in the Napier and Hastings areas. He has a passion for real estate and is an established property trader and investor.

Barb has been involved in property for over 16 years, having been in the role of Property Manager in the past. She focuses on checking rents, issuing notices and dealing with any issues at Tenancy Tribunal mediation or hearing. Her aim is always to reach a fair outcome and ideally rectify any issues before reaching the point of hearing.
